Brian’s Taco Lasanga

 

Brown 1.5 pounds of ground beef/chuck.  Once brown, drain then back to skillet with 1 pack of taco seasoning and ½ cup of water then reduce.  Add one can of Campbell’s Nacho Fiesta soup and one can of drained black beans.  Mix thoroughly.  Take out 3 cups of the mixture, with the remaining cover the bottom of a pyrex dish.  Then cover with tortella’s, then layer with salsa, then cheddar cheese, then one pound of the mixture and repeat layers.  Cover top with cheddar cheese and cook at 350 until melted and warm throughout.
